Menu for the week -

Asian Noodle Soup
Herbed Burgers stuffed with goat cheese, roasted sweet potatoes & salad
Chicken/Spinach/Tortellini Soup with Parmesan pepper bread sticks
BLT's with pepper bacon and homemade tomato jam and pasta salad
Chicken with balsamic onions - smashed potato skins and veg tbd
Parsley/Pistachio Fettucini
Crockpot short ribs with mashed potatoes and green beans
Enchiladas and sauteed corn with peppers and onions

and yoga
