Today's Workout & Meal Plan

Today's Menu:

Breakfast: one coffee
fat free yogurt with kashi & blueberries

Snack: banana

Lunch: leftover chicken stirfry over brown rice

Snack: almonds

Dinner: turkey burger w/2% cheese
roasted sweet potato pieces
green beans
ginger ale

Today's Workout:
30 minutes on the elliptical
50 minutes of Mind/Body yoga (this is the kick your ass class)
